The fifth season has arrived at our school!
A morning of singing, dancing and celebrating happened Saturday February 21 to commemorate the Karneval or Fasching season in Germany.
Our Karneval / Fasching celebration 2026 for the 5th season was full of energy, music and pure joy.
Principal Axel was leading the classes in a lively Polonaise through the hallways and into the lobby, where the party truly took off with traditional German Karneval music.
Class G5/6 got everyone moving with the iconic “Fliegerlied” and “Ententanz” and suddenly the whole lobby turned into one big dance floor. Even the shy dancers had no chance to escape the rhythm.
And of course, no Karneval is complete without “Kamelle”.
To end the celebration, confetti and candies were thrown from the balcony just like at a real Karneval parade.
Smiles, laughter and lots of sweet treats everywhere.
