The International A2 Language Exam (Vergleichsarbeit) was designed for 12 to 14 year old students in grades 7 to 8.
The Surrey German Language School offers internationally recognized Saturday morning language classes for children from Preschool, Kindergarten to Grade 12 and for Adults.
Our German teachers develop our students’ ability to read, write, understand and converse in German and, in addition, offer a broad understanding of the history and culture of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Our School in British Columbia is a place where students and their families also join our community and experience German heritage traditions.
We believe everyone has the capability to learn to speak German and we give our students the tools to develop their full potential.

Our Curriculum is correlated with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in order to prepare our students for internationally recognized certificates of German Language Proficiency.
