Christmas Fest & Market

Join us on December 16 for our annual Christmas Celebration & Market.

The School foyer market will be filled with traditional German Deli food, baked goods, and a large variety of other vendors.

Furthermore, we invite everyone to the highly anticipated performance of “Die Weihnachtswichtel” starting at 11:00am in the theatre. Our students have been rehearsing for weeks and are excited to show their talents.

This school day will be a Double Day from 9:00am – 2:00pm before we all head into the Christmas Break.

We are looking forward to a joyous Christmas Celebration with all our students and their families.

Learn to speak German

Join our German Language Classes in
Surrey, BC

The Surrey German Language School offers internationally recognized Saturday morning language classes for children from Preschool, Kindergarten to Grade 12 and for Adults.

Our German teachers develop our students’ ability to read, write, understand and converse in German and, in addition, offer a broad understanding of the history and culture of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Our School in British Columbia is a place where students and their families also join our community and experience German heritage traditions.

We believe everyone has the capability to learn to speak German and we give our students the tools to develop their full potential.

Support our school

We need your help

As a Non-Profit Organization we rely not only on tuition fees but also on donations by friends and members. Especially in this difficult time after the pandemic a lot of organizations are struggling to stay afloat.

In order to keep our doors open we would like to encourage you to support our German School with a donation of any amount. Your donation will then be mentioned here as a valued supporter of our school.

We appreciate your support very much. Thank you!

Focus on Multilingualism

German: A Great Option for a Bright Future

Schools play a vital role in helping students become global citizens by giving them access to language and culture. As the world continually becomes more connected, the importance of multilingualism cannot be ignored.

The Goethe-Institut Toronto travelled across Canada to speak with educators, students, employers and those who are professionally benefiting from their German language knowledge.
